Responsibilities

1. Handle new leads during “lead shifts,” identify potential homebuyers, and provide property information that meets their needs and budgets, aiming to secure initial meetings.
2. Utilize our advanced CRM with AI to stay on top of prospects and follow up promptly, increasing your conversion rate beyond industry standards, allowing for a better work-life balance.
3. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other channels to build your sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
4. Advise prospective buyers as a knowledgeable industry professional, guiding them through property ownership.
5. Prepare market analysis reports and provide detailed analytics to clients.
6. Draft purchase agreements, coordinate with lenders for financing, negotiate sales, attend inspections and closings to ensure smooth transactions.
7. Participate in sales meetings and training to grow your skills and achieve success faster than other brokerages.
8. Leverage transaction coordinators to close more deals and mitigate liabilities.
9. Be flexible to work with clients on their schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
• Florida Real Estate License in good standing with the DBPR
• Reside in Volusia County
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to excellence

Compensation
