Responsibilities:

  1. Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community.
  2. Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
  3. Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
  4. Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
  5. Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home.
  6. Proactively manage and nurture leads to build a robust client pipeline.
  7. Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process.
  8. Conduct property showings, and market analyses, and negotiate deals to achieve client satisfaction.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and industry professionals.
  10. Utilize our exclusive tools and systems to drive your business growth.
  11. Stay informed about local market trends to better serve clients.
  12. A commitment to work over 40 hours per week including weekends and evenings when necessary.
  13. Closing two deals a month on average during the calendar year.
  14. Participate in both team meetings and daily one-on-one sessions.
  15. Strive to hold four open houses each month.
  16. Participate in functions hosted by both the team and the community.
  17. Master the usage of scripts and dialogues.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
  2. Top-notch time management skills and highly organized.
  3. A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred.
  4. Tech savvy.
  5. Self-motivation and drive.
  6. Have a valid Massachusetts real estate license or are actively pursuing one.
  7. Preferably have 1-2 years of real estate sales experience, but those without experience are welcome to apply as long as you are hungry, humble, smart, and approachable.
  8. Demonstrate capability to prepare contracts and other necessary documents.
  9. Knowledgeable about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
  10. Proficiency in the use of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
  11. Skilled in working in teams and independently.
  12. Are self-motivated, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial in spirit.
  13. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  14. Are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  15. Embrace a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
  16. Have reliable transportation and the flexibility to meet client needs.

Compensation:
$100,000 per year
