Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Follow-up with leads to increase sales Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Organized and manages time effectively • Technology driven • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Must have a valid Real Estate License or working toward obtaining one Compensation: $50,000 - $300,000 at plan earnings
