Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Valuation & Advisory Property Research Analyst to support the appraisal process by performing in-depth property research and gathering market data for initial data entry into appraisal reports.

You will collaborate with appraisers to ensure accurate information, analyze market trends, and maintain organized property files while handling sensitive data with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 1+ year real estate research or market analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with data entry/data management and time series analysis/forecasting.
• Strong data software applications and MS Office proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property research using public records, MLS, tax assessor sites, and other sources.
• Collect and analyze data on comparable properties and market conditions for valuations.
• Enter researched data into appraisal software and assist in report formatting per company standards.
• Analyze local market trends and report findings to senior appraisers.
• Maintain organized property files and notes for quick access.
