You will work with appraisers to ensure data accuracy and timely reports, entering data into appraisal software and preparing current market reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• MBA degree preferred.
• 1+ year of real estate research or market analysis experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property research using public records, MLS, and tax assessor sites.
• Collect and analyze data on comparable properties and market conditions.
• Enter data into appraisal software and assist in report formatting.
• Monitor local market trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with appraisers to ensure complete data for reviews.
• Maintain organized property files and research notes.
• Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before submission.
• Interact with clients or owners to obtain additional details when needed.
