Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Research Coordinator to support local research output and data collection, entering market data into the firm’s proprietary database and ensuring data accuracy across sources.

Responsibilities include primary research on properties, updating listings, tracking construction and leases, and assisting in regional and national projects under the Research Manager.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required
• 0-1 years applicable experience
• PowerBI Skills preferred.
• Writing and analytical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform primary research on buildings (built, under construction, proposed or renovated).
• Call or inquire on properties and update the proprietary database.
• Track new construction, renovations, completions, leases and tenant movements.
• Update Cushman & Wakefield exclusive listings monthly.
• Collect and review articles for database implementation and market knowledge.
• Assist quarterly statistics process for internal and external use.
• Contribute to market condition publications and client pitches under the Research Manager.
• Assist on regional and national projects beyond standard reports.
• Gather and format information for Research requests.
• Follow up on availability, lease and sale surveys.
• Assist in creating and populating photo database where applicable.
• Canvas buildings physically and via phone to populate tenant data and stacking plans
