Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory team seeks a Commercial Appraiser to lead property valuations, market studies, and feasibility analyses for diverse clients. You will collect data, build cash flows, and compare market evidence to develop opinions of value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certified General Appraiser license.
• MAI designation a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal.
• MS Office proficiency; Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage valuation assignments and determine scope of work.
• Develop cash flows and perform market analyses for opinions of value.
• Analyze highest and best use scenarios and comparable sales.
• Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships when applicable.
