Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 1+ year of real estate research or market analysis experience.
• Strong data entry and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property research using public records, MLS, and tax data.
• Collect and analyze data on comparable properties and market conditions.
• Enter researched data into appraisal software and assist in report prep.
• Monitor local market trends and regulatory changes affecting values.
• Collaborate with appraisers to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
