Job summary

Prospect Equities, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a tenacious Recruiter to grow our roster of real estate agents.

The ideal candidate will have Chicagoland brokerage experience, be professional in appearance and conduct, and possess strong written and oral communication skills to promote our unique model and in-house lead generation tools. You will manage advertising, screen candidates, onboard new hires, and maintain applicant files using our ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience in Chicagoland real estate brokerage
• Currently licensed as a real estate broker
• Professional in appearance and conduct
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage advertising and job board platforms to ensure a consistent applicant pipeline
• Manages the full recruiting lifecycle to include resume review, phone screen, and new employee onboarding
• Utilizes applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill and cultural fit and present qualified candidates to management
• Contact warm leads daily that are provided by our marketing department
• Positively promote the Prospect Equities brand at all times
