The Reynolds Team of Compass, Realtors in Vero Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Strategic Growth Advisor / Recruiter to build relationships with talented real estate agents and keep the recruiting pipeline full by scheduling qualified candidates with our Sales Manager.

This in-office role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers a base salary of $50,000 plus bonuses with an $85,000+ opportunity.

The Reynolds Team is hiring a full-time Strategic Growth Advisor / Recruiter to build relationships with talented real estate agents, generate excitement about our team, and keep our recruiting pipeline full by scheduling qualified candidates with our Sales Manager.

This is an in-office position based in Vero Beach, FL , working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager to help attract the next generation of top-producing agents to our team.

Compensation: $50,000 base salary + bonuses ($85,000+ Opportunity)
