Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from listing to closing.
• Host open houses with team-generated leads.
• Participate in weekly training and team meetings.
• Work with clients to stage and market homes for quick sales.
• Prospect and convert pre-qualified leads into new listings.

• Deliver exceptional customer service from listing to closing
• Host open houses with team-generated leads
• Participate in weekly training and team meetings
• Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Full-time availability and strong commitment to growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred
• Organized, coachable, and accountable
• Positive, solution-focused mindset
• Currently licensed in real estate
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently

Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
