Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a dynamic Project Manager to support multiple projects, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, budgeting skills, understanding relocation/construction, and strong communication. Proficiency with MS Office is essential as part of project development activities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience or equivalent mix of education/military.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets for projects.
• Understanding of requirements for relocation, construction and renovation projects.
• Able to adapt and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address risk regarding budget, scope, and logistics.
• Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs.
• Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare/update project status reports and process invoices.
• Actively track project performance against schedules and critical path.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions.
• Demonstrate proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements.
• Assist Local Project Development Services team in meeting AGM targets on a regional and national level.
