Job summary

UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement in Columbia, MD or Washington, DC seeks a Senior Real Estate Planning & Development Program Manager to lead planning, controls, and governance for complex capital programs.

You will develop and maintain program controls, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage staff and consultants, and ensure alignment with objectives across internal and external partners. PMP preferred; 8+ years in real estate development and capital program management.

Qualifications

• Experience with large, multi-stakeholder capital programs.
• Leadership of program staff, consultants, and partners.
• Development of program controls, schedules, cost models, and risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and governance for complex real estate and capital projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams to meet objectives and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain master schedules, cost models, and dashboards.
