Job summary

UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement seeks a Senior Real Estate Planning & Development Program Manager to lead the capital program lifecycle from planning to delivery. You will oversee program controls, governance, schedules, cost models, and risk registers while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

You will guide multi-disciplinary staff, ensure contractual obligations are met, and drive alignment with organizational objectives in support of a safe and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• PMP certification is desired.
• Experience with large, multi-stakeholder capital programs >$100M.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and development activities for complex real estate and capital projects.
• Manage program staff, consultants, designers, advisors, and delivery partners.
• Develop and maintain program controls (master schedules, cost models, risk registers).
• Administer governance processes and ensure timely decisions and accountability.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain program alignment.
