Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, milestones, quality control, and risk management.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams and implement governance; ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and report progress, risks, and variances; develop contingency plans.
