CBRE in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting for an assigned market or client account, guiding projects from initiation through completion with a focus on building management deployment.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, define scope, milestones, quality controls, risk, and deliverables, while coaching others and driving CBRE's RISE values to achieve objectives within established budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Ability to analyze multiple information sources to exercise judgment.

Responsabilités

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, milestones, and deliverables with plan and budget.
• Define delivery resources from internal teams and govern project documentation.
• Ensure data integrity, timely documentation, and reporting of status/variances.
• Lead the delivery team, provide guidance, and drive objectives within constraints.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation/contingency plans with action steps.
