Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for a multi-use facility client account, managing projects from initiation through completion. The role covers ground up and facility infrastructure projects, with up to 50% regional travel in the Eastern Time Zone.

You will define scope, budgets, schedules, and resources, work with clients on procurement, and lead the project team to achieve scope and quality in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects from initiation to close.
• Coordinate with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and documentation governance.
• Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve objectives within budget and schedule.
• Track progress, report status and variances; ensure data integrity and timely updates.
