Job summary

CBRE Project Management Consultant role focuses on managing real estate projects from initiation through completion with an emphasis on building management deployment. You will work directly with clients to define scope, milestones, resources, schedules and risk management.

Requires a bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience; LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations are preferred. Travel up to 30% is required. Strong MS Office and financial calculation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Experience with construction management, building management systems and HVAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, milestones, work plans, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources and align governance with client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, timely documentation, and cross-team coordination.
• Guide the project delivery team to achieve goals and report status and variances.
• Identify threats, develop mitigation plans, and implement contingency actions.
