Job summary

Advia Credit Union is seeking a Real Estate Project Coordinator to oversee new construction, remodeling and capital projects across the footprint. You will manage schedules, budgets, and documentation while coordinating with architects, engineers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years in similar work, an associate degree in construction or related field, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of real estate, construction or facilities project experience.
• Knowledge of facilities and construction processes and related applications.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractor/vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages all phases of real estate, new construction, renovation, relocation, remodeling, facility updates and capital projects from planning through closeout.
• Develops and maintains schedules, budgets, scopes of work, contracts and closeout materials.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, vendors and management.
• Facilitates meetings, status updates, field inspections, and risk reviews to stay on scope and budget.
