Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of progressive experience in commercial construction.
• Experience leading multi-site construction, facility development initiatives, renovations, or capital expenditure programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads branch construction, relocations, renovations, facility upgrades, tenant improvements, and major capex projects from concept to completion.
• Establishes project delivery standards, governance, procedures, and reporting for consistent execution.
• Provides leadership to Real Estate Project Coordinators with workload management and performance development.
• Reviews schedules, budgets, risk plans, progress, and metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Serves as escalation point for issues, disputes, delays, variances, and changes.
