Advia Credit Union seeks a seasoned leader to manage construction, renovations, and site development initiatives across the organization. You will oversee capital expenditure programs, contractor relationships, and governance frameworks to ensure project success aligned with growth plans.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction, corporate real estate, architecture, engineering, facilities management, project management, development, or a related field.
• PMI-PMP, CCM, or related certifications are desirable.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with executives, architects, engineers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch construction, relocations, renovations, and major capital projects from concept to completion.
• Set delivery standards, governance processes, and reporting for consistent project execution.
• Oversee Real Estate Project Coordinators and manage budgeting, risk, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate site evaluations, due diligence, and development opportunities with stakeholders.
