Job summary

Advia Credit Union in Michigan seeks a Real Estate Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate new construction, remodeling, and capital projects across the branch network. You will manage schedules, budgets, scope of work, documents, and vendor coordination from planning through closeout, ensuring work stays on time, within budget, and aligned with standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to drive project success, while supporting facilities

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of related construction or facilities project experience.
• Associate degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Advia footprint up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all phases of real estate, new construction, renovations, relocations, and capital projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, contracts, and closeout materials.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, consultants, vendors, and management.
• Lead meetings, status updates, and field inspections to ensure progress and issues are addressed.
• Provide guidance to Facilities Coordinators and support facility improvements and onsite coordination.
