Job summary

Advia Credit Union is seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Coordinator in Beloit, WI to manage facilities-related projects across our footprint. You will coordinate schedules, budgets and vendor relations to ensure timely, on-budget completion of new construction, remodels, relocations and capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of related experience in facilities/construction project management.
• Knowledge of facilities and construction processes and related applications.
• Education/experience equivalent considered in lieu of an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of real estate, new construction, renovation, relocation and capital improvement projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, contracts, documentation and closeout materials.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and management.
• Facilitate Owner, Architect and Contractor meetings, status updates, and field inspections.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep projects within scope, schedule and budget.
