Job summary

Advia Credit Union seeks a seasoned Construction & Real Estate Project leader to drive branch construction, relocations, and major facility upgrades. You will coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors while ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.

You will manage project governance, due diligence, and risk mitigation, aligning with Advia’s growth strategies and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction, corporate real estate, architecture, engineering, facilities management, project management, development, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree as described is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or comparable certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leads construction, relocations, renovations, and major capital projects from concept through completion.
• Establishes delivery standards, governance processes, and reporting for consistent execution.
• Oversees Real Estate Project Coordinators and budget, risk, and schedule management.
• Liaises with executives, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manages site evaluation, due diligence, and long-term facility considerations.
