Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and projects to members of the Real Estate team and supervise them.
• Work with managing partners, office managers, and others to understand and respond to space needs.
• Supervise the Real Estate team in developing and managing project plans, including site selection, lease negotiation, space planning/design, construction, and move-in.
• Manage relationships with commercial real estate brokers, architects, furniture and AV providers, contractors, and others involved in real estate projects.
• Proactively address issues that could impact timely and successful project completion.
• Maintain firm real estate leases and key terms, including expiring leases plans.
• Collaborate with management, vendors, and service providers to standardize real estate space design and services.
• Lead selection and relationships with preferred vendors for brokerage and architectural services, furniture, AV, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments to set up and maintain offices according to real estate needs.
• Identify areas for improvements in real estate management and processes.
