Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to lead build-out, remodeling, and branding projects across multiple locations. You will coordinate facilities operations, manage contractor selection, permits, furniture, IT, and security design, while ensuring high customer service with RMPs and MPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction planning, project management, budgeting, permitting, and layout test fit/design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Work with minimal supervision, but with leadership from the Real Estate Planning and Operations Senior Manager and teamwork from other Real Estate Project Managers.
• Project manage buildout, remodeling and branding projects.
• Coordinate and oversee certain facilities operations.
• Collaborate within the real estate project management and operations team.
• Coordinate with RMPs and MPs for in-flight projects.
• Collaborate with location personnel on facilities operations requests.
• Coordinate management with architects, contractors, security/access suppliers, IT, and movers.
• Ensure material compliance with firm build-out standards and suppliers.
• Detail project budgeting and maintain budget adherence.
• Proactively address issues impacting timely completion.
• Collaborate to update firm-wide standards for real estate, space design, furniture, AV, etc.
• Identify process improvements in project management and facilities operations.
