Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to oversee buildouts, remodeling and branding for 95 locations, coordinating with architects, contractors, IT, security, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and strict budget adherence.

You will partner with the Real Estate Planning and Operations Senior Manager and other PMs to maintain high service levels for RMPs and MPs while driving process improvements across facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in construction planning, project management, budgeting, permitting, and layout test fit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Work with minimal supervision under the Real Estate Planning and Operations Senior Manager and with teamwork from other Real Estate Project Managers.
• Project manage buildout, remodeling and branding projects.
• Coordinate and oversee certain facilities operations.
• Collaborate within the real estate project management and operations team.
• Collaborate with RMPs and MPs for in-flight projects.
• Collaborate with physical location personnel on facilities operations requests.
• Coordinate, contract, manage and deliver architects, construction contractors, security and access suppliers, IT department and movers.
• Ensure material compliance with firm build out standards and firm suppliers.
• Detailed project budgeting, align project team on the budget and material adherence to the budget.
• Proactively address and communicate issues that could impact the timely and successful completion of projects.
• Collaborate with firm management, suppliers, and service providers to maintain and update firm-wide standards for real estate, space design, furniture, audio visual, etc.
• Proactively identify areas for improvements in the firm's project management and facilities operations processes.
