Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP seeks a Real Estate Strategic Planning Senior Manager to develop and execute a strategic program for leasing facilities used in operations. The role requires collaboration with MPs and RMPs and focuses on metrics and fiscal decisioning for leasing and buildouts.

You will guide planning, touring, and evaluation of options, communicate with stakeholders, and report at both project and Firm metrics levels, driving aligned decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in related field.
• 10+ years of related experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Firm's strategic program for leasing and building out facilities.
• Communicate and guide MPs and RMPs through the strategic program.
• Lead outside brokers on open sourcing opportunities.
• Evaluate leasing and buildout options and communicate results to the project team.
• Review lease for business and strategy components and ensure terms are consistent with final RFP.
• Maintain and verify accuracy of Colliers 360 lease administration system.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Delivery and Operations team on strategic program and targets.
• Plan, develop, update, and train users on Power BI dashboards displaying key real estate metrics.
