Job summary
Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks an experienced Product Owner with deep Real Estate/ Realty domain knowledge to define the product strategy, drive the roadmap, and deliver scalable technology solutions.
You will translate complex real estate requirements into actionable features, collaborating with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. The role demands 8+ years in product management or ownership, strong agile practice, and excellent communication and analytical
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
- Hands-on PO experience in Real Estate/Realty industry.
- Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, and backlog for real estate tech platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
- Drive development for property management, leasing, and transactions.
- Work with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and architecture teams to deliver.
- Prioritize backlog based on value and strategy.
- Lead sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Define milestones, releases, and delivery timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
