Job summary

SeekNow is seeking a Product Director to define, build, and scale our Residential Property Intelligence platform. You will lead a cross-functional strategy team, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, Data, and Operations to deliver scalable workflows for real estate investors and operators.

You'll shape the product from ground up, translating enterprise needs into product requirements, and balancing near-term client opportunities with long-term platform investments.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Product Management with real estate tech or related operations-heavy domains.
• Builder mindset: able to work in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Leadership.
• Market & Customer development translating client feedback into product direction.
• Strategy & prioritization: MVPs, sequencing, and build/buy/partner decisions.
• Experience owning dispatch, scheduling, or routing/optimization products in field services or related contexts.
• Data product fluency: defining success metrics for analytics and model-driven products.
• Execution-oriented: strong written communicator with a bias toward shipping outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and lead the Real Estate vertical including roadmap and success metrics.
• Translate enterprise needs into product requirements and coordinate cross-functional cadence.
• Negotiate sequencing with horizontal product managers for shared vs bespoke capabilities.
• Identify and size opportunities; validate product-market fit via discovery and pilots.
• Drive requirements for partnerships, data exchange standards, and compliance considerations.
• Own analytics and models as products with accountability for accuracy and explainability.
• Own roadmaps for client-facing apps, internal workflows, inspector tools, and data products.
• Coordinate rollout of new features across development, GTM, and Operations; track adoption and impact.
