Qualifications

8+ years in product management or related roles.
Hands-on PO experience in Real Estate / Realty sector.
Knowledge of property management, leasing, and transactions.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog for real estate tech.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders.
Translate needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Drive initiatives around property management, leasing, transactions.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and architecture teams.
Prioritize backlog based on value and strategic goals.
Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives.
Define milestones, release plans, and delivery timelines.
Identify automation and digital transformation opportunities.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
