Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis.
Hands-on Product Owner experience in Real Estate / Realty.
Strong knowledge of property management, leasing, and transactions.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for real estate technology platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
Drive development initiatives related to property management, leasing, tenant management, real estate transactions, and operations.
Work with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and architecture to ensure delivery.
Manage backlog prioritization based on value, needs, and objectives.
Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives.
Coordinate milestones, release plans, and delivery timelines.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency via automation and digital transformation.
Monitor performance, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
