Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Real Estate / Realty industry experience to drive product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery of technology solutions within the real estate domain.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate business processes, property management, leasing, property transactions, real estate operations, and investment management. The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and end users to translate business requirements into product features and deliver scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for real estate technology platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Drive product development initiatives related to property management, leasing, tenant management, real estate transactions, and property operations.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and architecture teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Manage product backlog prioritization based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define product milestones, release plans, and delivery timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, digital transformation, and technology enhancements.
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and drive continuous product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Product Owner within the Real Estate / Realty industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate business processes, including:
• Property Management
• Commercial and Residential Real Estate
• Leasing and Tenant Management
• Property Acquisition and Disposition
• Property Operations and Maintenance
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
