Gunster seeks a full-time Real Estate Processor in its Lakewood Ranch office, supporting residential and commercial transactions by opening and organizing files, ordering title searches and related documents, and coordinating with the Paralegal Closer to ensure timely closings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate processing, title, or a law office, with familiarity in real estate contracts, title searches, and closing procedures.

• Experience in real estate processing, title, or a law office.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and closing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Open and organize real estate files for residential and commercial transactions.
• Order title searches and related documents.
• Maintain transaction records and ensure files are complete and accurate for timely closings.
• Coordinate with the Paralegal Closer and communicate with clients, lenders, agents, title companies, and vendors.
• Support transaction flow from contract to closing.
