You will graduate from PLACE Launch, execute weekly lead generation, and consult with buyers and sellers while leveraging PLACE Technology for tracking and pricing strategies.

• Ability to prospect and convert leads into appointments and listings.
• Willingness to learn scripts, dialogues and team processes.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and implement weekly lead generation systems.
• Consult with buyers, negotiate offers and identify suitable homes.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology and conduct two monthly open houses.
• Convert prospecting activity into appointments and participate in weekly trainings.
• Consult with sellers to list and price homes with listing strategies.
