• Analyst: 0–2 years of experience; strong Excel / finance skills.
• Senior Analyst / Associate: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Top 50 undergraduate degree, GPA 3.5+ preferred.
• Real estate experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new investments and build detailed financial models
• Support due diligence, market research, and IC materials
• Assist with asset management and portfolio oversight
• Work directly with senior leadership in a collaborative environment
