Welltower is seeking an Analyst to support investment analysis, underwriting, and due diligence for seniors housing and related real estate assets. You will model returns, assist in deal structuring, and help manage portfolio performance with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in real estate or healthcare investing, strong Excel skills, and a finance/economics background. This on-site role is located in Dallas, with travel and a fast-paced, owner-mentality culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate or healthcare investing.
• Proficiency in real estate modeling including valuations and returns.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisitions and development opportunities in seniors housing and related assets.
• Build detailed financial models, pro forma analyses, and return assessments.
• Support full transaction cycle from market research to due diligence and closing.
• Collaborate with asset management to optimize portfolio performance and pricing.
