M18 is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Real Estate team in New York on a hybrid basis. You will support strategic communications plans, client management, and media outreach on leading real estate projects.

Qualifications

Internship or other relevant experience in strategic communications.
Interest in PR specifically within travel and hospitality space.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with a team to meet group objectives.

Responsibilities

Draft public relations materials including fact sheets, meeting summaries and agendas, status reports, plus other items.
Help prepare strategies, timelines, reports, and other client-facing collateral for our senior PR team utilizing Muckrack and other PR tools.
Proactively monitor incoming press coverage for clients, including tracking upcoming placements.
Research press opportunities and editorial calendars.
Oversee meeting planning and scheduling for the senior PR team while managing media lists and other databases.
Assist with administrative duties, including taking messages, organizing files, and scanning press articles.
