BerlinRosen is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Real Estate team in New York. The role supports strategic communications programs for high-profile clients across real estate, nonprofits, public affairs, placemaking, urban issues, and lifestyle.

You will write, coordinate, and manage projects while tracking media monitoring and landscape analysis. Ideal candidates have internship or direct experience in strategic communications, strong writing ability, and excellent organizational

Formación

• Internship or relevant experience in strategic communications, public relations or a related field.
• Strong writing skills and an interest in media relations and the news landscape.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to meet shared objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation of communications strategies and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accounts.
• Pitch and place stories across local, regional and national media outlets; build and maintain press lists.
• Write and edit client emails, press releases, fact sheets, talking points and media plans.
• Support day-to-day client communications, including staffing weekly calls and preparing recaps.
• Support teams at press events, openings and other client events.
• Manage work streams and project tasks across multiple accounts.
