Qualifications

Experience pitching media and securing coverage for clients.
Creative writing experience including press releases, pitches, and social content.
Strong aesthetic, point of view and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Contribute to strategies, press releases, timelines, reports, and collateral for clients.
Monitor incoming press coverage.
Build relationships with local, national and regional media outlets.
Ensure press reports are sent to clients to show results and coverage.
Craft and send pitches to relevant media outlets about client activities.
Interface with clients including media coordination and updates.
Staff client events and press tours as needed.
Maintain and create media lists and editorial calendars.
Support general administrative duties.
