Job summary

USP seeks an Asset Operations Analyst to support day-to-day operations across a residential and commercial real estate portfolio, including reporting and research behind investment activity. You will work with ownership with meaningful responsibility early on.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and bilingual English/Korean. Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills are essential; training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field) preferred.
• 2+ years of full-time professional experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across an assigned portfolio of properties (residential and commercial).
• Track rent collection and property-related payments.
• Support lease execution, renewals, amendments, and terminations; maintain records.
• Maintain entity-level records for property-holding LLCs and filings.
• Identify operational and safety issues and drive to resolution.
• Prepare recurring reports on property performance and cash positions.
• Conduct market research to support acquisitions, dispositions, and performance reviews.
• Build financial models including cash flow, cap rate, and IRR analyses.

Education
