Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager within GOES Portfolio Management to drive global portfolio optimization and analytics across the Ops network. You will lead cross-functional deep dives, synthesize data sources, and advise on strategy for co-location, consolidation, and exit plans.

You will partner with Real Estate, Finance, and GOES-Tech to identify opportunities, expand analyses to ROW, and shape long-term capacity planning for a growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Knowledge of lifecycle of physical assets (property and buildings).
• 5+ years in real estate or a similar field.
• Experience managing large multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility and time pressure.
• Understanding of real estate financial analysis and valuation (DCF).

Responsibilities

• Lead All BU MSA Deep Dives across NA to yield cost-saving recommendations.
• Collaborate with GOES-Tech to analyze zoning, land use, and investments data.
• Create revenue opportunities from excess space and land with NA Real Estate.
• Support EU/ROW Deep Dive workstreams and capacity planning analyses.
• Expand depth of analysis to rest of world and support LSA expansions.
