Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of real estate, asset management, property management, portfolio management, or related experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of real estate portfolio operations, property valuations, financial analysis, and vendor management is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and data reporting skills are required; real estate or portfolio management systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of real estate assets while supporting portfolio performance, operational efficiency, and financial objectives.
• Coordinate property-related activities and support effective management throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Review property information, valuations, market data, and other relevant factors to support portfolio decisions.
• Perform financial analysis, evaluate property performance, and identify potential risks and opportunities.

This role will monitor portfolio performance, coordinate property-related activities, develop efficient processes, and collaborate with internal teams throughout the asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate has real estate, property management, asset management, or related financial services experience with strong analytical, valuation, and portfolio management skills.
