Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Manager in Delaware County, PA to oversee a portfolio of real estate assets, support property operations, valuations, financial analysis, and external vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of real estate, asset management, or portfolio management experience, with strong Excel, data reporting, and vendor management skills to drive portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of real estate, asset management, property management, portfolio management, or related experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of real estate portfolio operations, property valuations, financial analysis, and vendor management is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and data reporting skills are required; real estate or portfolio management systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of real estate assets while supporting portfolio performance, operational efficiency, and financial objectives.
• Coordinate property-related activities and support effective management throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Review property information, valuations, market data, and other relevant factors to support portfolio decisions.
• Perform financial analysis, evaluate property performance, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance, prepare reporting, and analyze financial and operational trends.
• Manage external service providers and collaborate with internal teams on property operations, risk management, and process improvements.
