Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant for our Real Estate Group in Philadelphia, PA. This role manages the financial accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties, prepares financial statements, manages budgets, and ensures GAAP compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in real estate/property accounting, a Bachelor's degree in accounting, and strong Excel skills. Public accounting experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Prior/current real estate/property accounting experience is required!

The Property Accountant will be responsible for the financial accounting of a portfolio of real estate properties. This includes preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience with real estate accounting.
