Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead negotiations, perform financial analysis, and conduct legal research for the company’s real estate portfolio.

The role focuses on asset management, driving corporate objectives, and delivering efficient, compliant real estate transactions across business units. Responsibilities include complex deal negotiations, valuation analyses, and coordinating with Ryder Legal, Environmental, Risk, Safety, Operations, and BU

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in real estate, business, finance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred real estate or related field.
• Five (5) years or more professional experience in Commercial Real Estate related jobs required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Real Estate transactions start to finish; source brokerage services, collaborate with brokers, locate properties and valuations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute real estate strategies and drive completion of transactions.
• Coordinate with Facility Planning and Construction teams for portfolio projects requiring construction or equipment installation.
• Evaluate portfolio improvements and drive portfolio process improvement projects.
• Ensure Ryder portfolio records are accurate in RE database and comply with internal controls.
