Job summary

Hartford HealthCare seeks a Real Estate Transaction Analyst in Hartford, CT, to maintain the lease administration system and manage intercompany leases under the Real Estate Lease Administration Manager's guidance.

You will handle expenses, CAM, taxes and payments to landlords and vendors, while coordinating with AP/AR and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Required or 5 years of equivalent Experience within real estate leasing.
• Preferred: Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field
• Strong understanding of lease terms and CAM billing is essential.
• Excellent data entry and database management with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and lease software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create, install and maintain intercompany leases in the lease administration software and ensure timely, accurate processing of ongoing expenses and invoices.
• Complete CAM reconciliations for a subset of the lease portfolio; identify discrepancies and communicate adjustments.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, legal, AP and AR to obtain information and direct intercompany leases.
• Provide timely communication and escalate discrepancies to ensure accurate financials and payments.
• Contribute to team goals and participate in training, automation and lean workflow initiatives.
