Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes financial, market, and portfolio data to evaluate performance vs budgets and client expectations.
• Leads or participates in project teams to implement process improvements to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Provides support to property managers by gathering data, reports, and resolving operating policy issues.
• Supports new business development by providing data for RFPs and client pitches and creating presentations.
• Assists development and implementation of new applications and programs to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
• Completes financial, accounting, and other reports and analyses as assigned.
