Job summary

Greystar seeks a Development Analyst to support its development platform through financial analyses, underwriting documents, and stakeholder coordination. You will help prepare pro-forma models, market summaries, and narrative memoranda for opportunities across US markets.

You will engage with brokers, equity partners, lenders, and leadership, orchestrating due diligence and transaction tracking. Strong analytical, written, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or related field is preferred.
• Experience building financial models and underwriting real estate opportunities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for reports and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analysis of development opportunities with pro-forma models.
• Gathers market data and prepares memoranda and market summaries.
• Builds relationships with brokers, equity partners, lenders, and stakeholders.
• Identifies acquisitions and supports pitches and RFPs.
• Leads due diligence and documents key findings affecting returns.
• Monitors progress and manages timelines for transactions.
