Job summary

Greystar is seeking a data/financial analyst to support the Fort Lauderdale portfolio, gathering and analyzing market and financial data to evaluate performance against budgets and client expectations.

You will join project teams focused on improving processes to increase revenue, reduce costs, and drive efficiencies across the portfolio, while supporting property managers and business leaders with data requests and policy queries.

Qualifications

• Gathers and analyzes financial, market, and other data to evaluate portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Leads and/or participates in project teams to implement process improvements and programs targeted to increase revenue, reduce costs, promote efficiencies, and improve portfolio performance.
• Provides support to property managers, business leaders, and others by fielding questions, gathering data and reports, and assisting in resolving issues related to operating policies and Company practices.
• Supports new business development by providing information for RFPs and pitches, attending meetings, and creating presentations used for promoting new business.
• Assists in development and implementation of new applications and programs that drive revenue, client satisfaction, efficiencies, and process improvements.
